Atlas

Business Tracking Platform

Cyberus Labs project focused on production tracking, material cost visibility, sales data, and future app-based business workflows.

Overview

Operational visibility for small-scale product creation.

Atlas is a Cyberus Labs project designed to track the operational side of small-scale product creation. It began as a spreadsheet-based system for tracking 3D printing material purchases, print usage, unit costs, sales, and production data, with the long-term goal of becoming a dedicated application.

Challenge

Making production data useful without slowing down the work.

Small physical product work requires knowing what each product actually costs to make. Material purchases, print usage, hardware, failed prints, sales, and inventory can quickly become difficult to track manually. The challenge was to create a system that keeps production data visible and useful without slowing down the work.

Solution

A structured workflow for cost, product, and sales data.

Atlas organizes material costs, print usage, product data, and sales information into a structured tracking workflow. The system is being planned as a future .NET MAUI app that can replace the spreadsheet foundation with a more powerful, purpose-built tool.

My Role

Tracking model, cost logic, and product workflow design.

Danny designed the tracking model, cost calculations, and product workflow behind Atlas. The project combines business logic, data modeling, production planning, and application design.

Impact

Connecting physical production with better decisions.

  • Created visibility into product costs and production data.
  • Supports better pricing and product decisions.
  • Provides a foundation for a future dedicated business tracking app.
  • Connects physical production with software-based decision making.

What It Demonstrates

Turning manual workflows into software systems.

  • Business systems thinking.
  • Data modeling.
  • Cost analysis.
  • Production workflow design.
